My Uncle died on 12/2/2013 and his only living child died 13 days subsequent to his death. I applied to the Probate Court to be named Personal Representative of the Estate of my deceased uncle. It took the Probate Court six plus months to rule on my PR request. There was an outstanding REVERSE MORTGAGE on my uncle’s property The mortgage company was attempting to foreclose on the property. Capital Justice Attorneys quickly intervened in the process. We had an approved buyer for the property 14 days after I was appointed PR and closed on property 30 days later. Capital Justice Attorneys are very detailed and has followed the Will to the letter of the law. As a result of the professional manner in which she handle this matter I hired her to handle another legal matter for me.
